GENERAL INFORMATION
Time of Arrival
We ask that you arrive for your service at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. This allows you the opportunity to begin the relaxation process. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and therefore may decrease their therapeutic effects. All reservations will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Village Hair Company requests a 24 hour notice for cancellation on all scheduled appointments. A 72 hour notice is requested for multi-service appointments and on spa packages. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a 50% charge of service or package.

Gratuities/Tipping
Gratuities are accepted. However, they are not included in our service prices. *Services and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cell Phone Restrictions
For peace, quite and mental well-being of our guests we respectfully request that you leave cell phones and pagers off or in the silenced mode.
Children Policy
For the safety of your children and to ensure the quality of services provided, children under the age of 13 are restricted from any of the spa treatment rooms. For those under the age of 18 receiving any services, parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of check-in. We appreciate your compliance and cooperation.
