Terms and Conditions

• Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on retail and services purchased at Village Hair Company
• Earn Bonus Points for the following:
• Prebook next appointment at your salon visit: 50 points
• Attend a salon function: 100 points
• Book and/or attend a group salon/spa party: 10 points
• Purchase any spa package for one's self: 25 points
• New Product Launch Purchase: 25 points
• Gift Card Purchase: 10 points
• New Client Referral: 75 points
• Sign up for e-blast specials on website: 25 points (one time only)

• Bonus Points redeemable for special offers and discounts only. Special offers will come out on a frequent basis. Bonus points are not redeemable toward VIP Rewards. Examples of special offers and discounts may be but not limited to:

• Bonus points and VIP Rewards will expire after two years of inactivity on VIP Rewards Card or no salon/spa service visits within a two year period

• Only VIP member paying for products or services may accumulate points
• Must be 18 years of age to participate
• VIP Rewards and Bonus Points are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Village Hair Company is not responsible for points or special offers lost via postal services or email
• VIP Rewards and Bonus Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. If an item is returned, the points issued for that purchase will be deducted from the members account making the return
• New VIP members cannot receive points for prior visits or purchases prior to joining the program. New VIP Rewards are effective at time of joining
• Points will be given for gift card purchases but NOT for gift card redemptions
• Points will not be awarded for special offers unless noted in the promotion
• VIP Rewards and Bonus Points cannot be used for purchase of special offers and discounts unless otherwise noted in promotion
• Points redemptions must be used in full for the chosen level of redemption on the same day
• Barters, trades, donations, and free products or services will not be awarded points or rewards
• Village Hair Company and it's representatives reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, program rules, benefits, and rewards at any time without notice
• All rewards are subject to availability and booking restrictions
• Village Hair Company reserves the right to terminate this VIP Rewards and Bonus Points program at any time without notice and without further redemption of outstanding points
